A buyer would not have received an item even though they left a positive review 15 days earlier
A buyer bought several collectible stamps from me; I make him a single invoice with only one shipping fee, I wait 3 weeks before he pays, I send them all together of course, 8 days later I receive positive feedback saying everything was fine, but yesterday I have a dispute because he supposedly didn’t receive the stamps and eBay is asking me for a refund???? There’s an inconsistency here — what can I do?? Sick of these little petty crooks, it’s way too easy

Yes, so a shipment sent as tracked letter mail would have removed any doubt about the supposed delivery or not, and in principle, that's indisputable.

Here’s what La Poste says------>
" Letters to which you add the tracking option do not benefit from proof of deposit.
Adding tracking to your letters lets you know when the letter has been delivered to your recipient's mailbox, by going to our tracking tool.
To benefit from proof of deposit for your shipment, we invite you to use our Registered Letter and Colissimo.
