dishonest sellers
Hello, a dishonest seller "[Pseudo]" who sent me brand new** stamps, several of them stained, claims that I swapped them and called me a liar; I responded. I'd like to contact E-bay by phone, because for now I have heard nothing; thank you.

on the other hand, it will be your word against hers, just use the means provided to you by the site, get your money back and move on

The seller cannot refuse a return for an item not as described, provided you open a dispute within the time limit:

For problems with a seller, it's here-------> Report a problem with a seller | eBay
To contact eBay by phone, it's there----> eBay Customer Service
Preferably contact them during office hours via the "contact us" tab at the bottom of the page of the link above.... and ask to be called back.
