€50 gift voucher
Hello, I received an email from eBay on June 11 offering me a €50 voucher if I sold an item worth at least €10 before 11/07. I sold on eBay for €46 on July 8. As of today, July 21, I still have not received the €50 voucher that I am eagerly waiting for to make a purchase. I have contacted eBay several times by "chat" and they tell me to make my request on my good account ??? In short, eBay gives me no answer at all. Is this €50 "gift voucher" a scam ???

hello I bought a jersey from a seller he didn’t send me the right size. I don’t want to pay the return shipping costs but after my requests to him he doesn’t want to pay the costs either. On the other hand I can’t find the option to have EBAY step in in my return request. thanks for your replies

Missing item in the package... HELP
Hello, I bought several items during a live stream, and one product (the most important one) is missing. I don't know if it's an oversight or if the box was opened during transport because there was no tape to prevent it from opening... and eBay instant chat help has been sending me in circles for 2h30 now, I can't take it anymore. I also notified the seller immediately but got no response. I filmed the delivery of the package (something I do all the time now...)

Recurring payment issue with my buyers
Hello, I’m contacting you about a recurring payment issue with my buyers, and more specifically with my recent listings (notably after accepting offers or creating new listings). My buyer wants to pay for their purchase (for an amount of €3752) in several installments via Klarna or PayPal payment solutions. However, these installment payment options are systematically blocked or unavailable on my listings, even though they are perfectly accessible from other sellers. We have already tried creating a brand-new dedicated listing without an immediate payment option, but the problem persists: the buyer still gets errors and the payment plans do not appear. I want to express to you, as well as to my buyer, our strong frustration with the complexity and lack of clarity of the payment settings on the platform. As a seller, I simply want all my buyers to be able to benefit from all the payment methods available on eBay (including 3x or 4x payment via Klarna/PayPal), without unjustified blocking. Could you please check my account and unlock these installment payment options for my listings and for this buyer in particular? I look forward to your prompt response. Kind regards, Oksana

Paid item but never shipped by the seller
Hello, I made a purchase of 42.40 euros on July 11 with a PayPal payment. The item was never sent and I have no message from the seller. When I log in to get the order details, Ebay says the order can't be found and that an error occurred while retrieving your order. How can I get back the 42.40 euros charged to my account? Thank you in advance.

Set up shipping costs for Europe

Hello, for some items that I sell, I choose a Mondial Relay preset with €0 in France and €7.90 in Europe. Except that some countries do not use Mondial Relay and so when I have a sale for example in Ireland, I cannot choose a Mondial Relay shipping label via Ebay, so I am forced to send it by my own means, in this case Colissimo for €14.99. I would like to change the options so that a buyer compatible with Mondial Relay can buy a shipping label at a good price directly on Ebay and only pay €7.90, and that a buyer who is not compatible pays €14.99. Thanks

Sophisticated Scam on eBay
I bought an air conditioner on eBay for €427; a few minutes after my purchase I noticed that the seller was suspicious and that he had changed the status of his product to out of stock. 10 minutes later I decided to cancel the order; strangely, he refused even though he had neither prepared nor shipped my order. So I contacted eBay to cancel my order, and they told me I had to wait until the delivery deadline, i.e. July 31, to be able to do that. In the meantime I received a message from the seller telling me that he was unable to deliver the product and that because of a system problem he could not refund me, I had to go through my payment support. So I went through PayPal to say that the transaction was not going to go through and that the product would not be delivered. I therefore opened a dispute with PayPal as the seller had requested in his message. Right after I opened my dispute, he posted a shipping tracking number on July 13 from China and, strangely, delivery in my city on July 15 even though I received nothing at all. PayPal asked the seller for information; he provided them with the tracking number. PayPal closed my dispute in the seller's favor even though the tracking is completely fake, I received nothing. When I go back on eBay I absolutely can't do anything; I'm told that I opened a dispute with PayPal, I'm completely stuck knowing that eBay suspended this seller's account a day later, so this is a well-oiled scam. Please help me
