I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER!!!!!! (€117)
I ordered an item on July 6, 2026. I paid for it immediately (€117). I never received my order. I wrote to EBAY several times to get my refund. I never got any follow-up, or any response! It is August 12, 2026. I’m furious!!!!! This site is a real scam, I’m going to file a complaint and tell everyone around me !!!!

Additional shipping charges outside of Ebay
Hello. I know I must have made a big mistake, but by nature I’m trusting toward my fellow man. My car has been out of order for several days and the only place and seller who could offer me this very part very quickly was on Ebay. I have to leave on vacation tomorrow, in theory, if the part arrives on time. Let me explain. Part XX€ with free shipping. I contact the seller to find out the shipping method. Standard Chronopost 13 or 18 or whatever. I ask him if the part will indeed be there the next day. He tells me yes, normally, but as a precaution I can pay extra for a Chrono 10. Chrono 10 is delivered the next day before 10:00 for a rate of €28.00. So basically he tells me to pay for the item and to make a Paypal payment for the Chrono 10, which I did. The parcel did indeed go out that same day, Monday, and was supposed to arrive the next day, yesterday Tuesday. Problem: Chronopost sends me a message telling me that the parcel will be delayed by 24 hours, so the Chrono 10 is already out of spec. What’s more, I see on the Chronopost website that delivery was scheduled for 13:00. So I ask the seller by message if the parcel was really sent as Chrono 10, he replies yes and gives me the proof. So yes, it is indeed marked on his receipt as Chrono 10, but on the delivery slip it says delivery 13:00. Wow, I look into it and it turns out that my town is in fact not eligible for Chrono 10, which is automatically downgraded to Chrono 13. So, did the seller keep the difference in the shipping price, did he force the system since it was my money and not his, the €28 in fees? I don’t know, I sent the seller a message with the result of my research but no reply. And brace yourselves, delivery is theoretically scheduled for today, Wednesday between, and here’s where it gets funny, between 16 and 17 hours, H+48 for a Chrono 10 paid at €28. So my question is, what recourse could I have to get my €28 back since I made this payment outside of Ebay via Paypal. I have the whole conversation and the seller’s offer to pay by Paypal for the Chrono charges in the thread of my discussion with him. Thanks for your help.

Dispute management issue
Hello everyone I ordered an item from a seller This seller shipped it with an incorrect tracking number. Since the item wasn’t arriving, I filed an eBay claim. Following this claim on July 30, the seller entered a new tracking number that works, but the tracking shows that the package has been in processing at the postal platforms since July 13. Do I need to take any action to finally get refunded for this purchase that will never arrive?

Auction fees to pay
Hello, I won several auctions while the seller was on vacation. I’d like combined shipping to keep the shipping costs down. I managed to contact him anyway, and he confirmed that he would be back next week and that he would send an invoice for the shipping costs. But I received a message from eBay telling me that I had to pay before August 14, should I pay after all or should I ignore the message? Thanks

EBay refuses my refund request....
Hello, So I bought a ring supposedly ancient Roman, but when it arrived there was a strong smell of acid coming from the package (chemical patina effect). I asked the seller for a refund and requested a return label, which they never sent me…. Then they told me they sent me the return shipping costs on PayPal (without a return label I don’t have eBay protection) the proof showing the transfer to my PayPal is a pale ChatGPT photomontage… To this day I don’t know what to do. eBay refuses my refund with return. Do you have the eBay customer service contact number? Sorry for the long post and the mistakes ^^ Thanks ;)

Payment of €255 already made, but balance still in arrears
Hello, I'm posting from my sister's eBay account because my main account is currently suspended and I can no longer contact customer service. I have a problem regarding a payment of €255. After a dispute with the buyer, eBay asked me to refund €255, which I did. Yet eBay now considers that this amount has not been paid and my account shows a balance of -€255. I contacted Revolut: they confirmed that the payment of €255 was indeed made and finalized on July 3, 2026. They also gave me an ARN number to trace the transaction. I have not received any refund from Revolut and the payment is still clearly debited from my account. So I'm trying to find out how to get eBay to find and match this payment with my account, because obviously I don't want to pay the same amount twice. If someone has already run into this problem or knows how to contact the department in charge of this kind of issue, I'd appreciate any advice. Thanks.
