Tax Identification Number
Today, I’m being asked to enter my tax number! Why? I don’t understand, I’m not a professional, I’m just a private individual selling pieces from my collection, on which I’ve already paid VAT too many times… Thank you for your reply PS: how is it that a British buyer, therefore outside the EU, can buy an item from me then when the listing is specific to the EU ONLY? I had to cancel the order!!!

Hello Sorry but my problem with the option “ask for the total” not being offered persists and is driving customers away! In account settings / shipping preference - grouped delivery: Rule for fixed shipping costs / NOT INDICATED because I want us to be asked to group them systematically Rule on promotional shipping costs / INDICATED free shipping for orders > 150€ -Allow invoice requests ALLOWS I have no more ideas and this is getting me down across my 3 accounts Thanks in advance

Hello, I’m contacting you regarding a product purchased on eBay. Upon receipt, I found that the Rowenta vacuum cleaner was defective and that it was leaking. The seller refuses to take the product back and has blocked me. So I’m left with an appliance that doesn’t work properly and no way to find a solution with the seller. I am asking for your help in finding a solution and obtaining a refund. Could you please review my situation and tell me what steps to follow? Thank you in advance for your help.

Stuck at identification.
Hello, to access EBAY I’m often asked to go through the security tool hCapchat. I fill out the visual test with the objects linked to the question asked and when I validate it, I’m sent back to the start of the test to do it again. I’m not very good at it, but I think I must be getting it right!!!! So I’m stuck, I can’t go any further, so I can’t pay for my purchases??? help from someone who doesn’t understand computers...

Photo/image search function broken
Hello, since today I can no longer use the image search function for items for sale (neither a link, nor copied/pasted image, nor from my documents). It works fine on my phone app, but no longer on my laptop (running Windows 11), which I use more often. If I log out, it works, but once I'm logged in, nothing anymore. I get an error message (below) with every attempt (I should point out that until yesterday it was working very well). I completely cleared my cache and cookies, restarted the computer, etc. It worked once, then the same error again:
