Hello. when I created my account I had to mention my address, my department, but also my region, in my case ( Rhone Alpes ) , when I want to place an order, a red banner appears saying '' it seems there is a problem '' , The seller does not ship this item to your address (Auvergne - Rhône-Alpes, metropolitan France) . what should I do ?
