This is about a seller who doesn't want to refund me
Hello, can you call me? It's about two sellers who haven't refunded me for 40.80 € and the other transaction for 24 €, and I would like to be refunded

Have you opened a dispute for an item not received or not as described here---> Get help with an item that didn't arrive | eBay If you haven't, take a look and contact eBay through the link included there.. Open a "dispute" by item/seller... and above all make sure you meet all the deadlines that are requested....
Without that, you'll have a hard time being heard... especially if these sellers are turning a deaf ear.. But when there's an open dispute, it gets them moving a bit.
