Edit shipping note
Apparently, it’s impossible to edit a Mondial Relay shipping label: I enter the weight and the package dimensions, I pay and despite several attempts, I don’t receive the shipping label, which is usually sent by email.. Are you also encountering this problem lately and if not, thank you for advising me on how to contact customer service?

(for customer service, it’s at the bottom right under "Help", 7 days a week from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., except public holidays).
