evaluation impossible after an unpaid item
How is it that we can no longer leave negative feedback for a dishonest buyer (who places 2 bids, one of them a few moments before the auction ends) and then goes dead silent? Where is the moral of the story? I canceled the order (had no choice! ) and the gentleman concerned still has 100% positive feedback...

the transaction did not take place since it was canceled, so there is no possibility of putting in a cancellation.
The buyer will receive a warning.

It has been at least 15 years since we've been able to give negative feedback to a buyer.
