Negative review of a buyer who is a bad payer and insulting

It's a real joke.
In writing and on the phone, eBay is telling me completely crazy things.
The facts: about 1 month ago, a buyer tried to get me to remove the shipping charges after his purchase of a few euros...
I told him that wasn't possible and, in return, I was insulted and of course he would never pay; I reported this buyer with very bad profiles and got no reaction from eBay.
A month later, I forgot to block him again and had another purchase that I immediately cancelled.
Now I receive a negative review, and what's more, an insulting one; after 5 emails and a call, eBay refuses to remove it, a real skit and no, it's true.
eBay is really going from bad to worse and lets buyers do as they please, it's outrageous.
My account is 20 years old, only positive reviews; I think I'm going to delete everything, this is revolting.

You need to cancel the sale for non-payment, in that case the feedback will be removed..Have you done that ?

OP2 years agoUnfortunately, given the insulting character and serial non-payer that has been reported multiple times, I didn't wait this time.
But this is crazy, we have to wait 4 days for people who do nothing but that and insult you, and eBay does nothing.
Dishonest people are fed up...

OP2 years agoI understand and the noose is unfortunately tightening because it keeps getting worse since eBay does nothing.
but sometimes you can't forget or guess who will cause problems and how they will act or insult you.
Honest people are the losers in this case; it's the world upside down...
