Negative rating ignored
Hi Could someone tell me why my very negative rating on a seller "who claims to be professional", in this case [Pseudo], does not appear in the specific ratings for that seller. (in short, 3 staples bought, never delivered, and no exchange or response from the seller despite several messages, just the eBay refund 3 weeks later) . Looking forward to reading you. Thanks. V

It can happen that some reviews may disappear under certain conditions, but that is not the case for your seller: your reviews are indeed present ..

It turns out that you have no damages since the purchase was refunded....
But contrary to what you claim.... the tomato and its comment are indeed visible in this seller's feedback...
You have already given your opinion on his profile and there was no need to come add another layer on the forum, especially with a "lie" (see the title of your post)...
Your behavior as a buyer suggests that you should go straight into the cuckoo box... not to exonerate the seller, but to make you understand that there are limits to decency....
