Reviews impossible to leave for my sellers

Question

Hello, for quite a while now eBay hasn’t been sending me the notifications to leave feedback for my sellers..I also can’t do it from the sold item "leave feedback" which doesn’t work!
Any other ideas!??

Aside from a bug... you may have a machine playing tricks on you...

- Try clearing the browser cache you use for eBay after logging out. Delete the history...

When you log back in, the "evaluation" function may reappear..

- or... change browsers...

You can also report it to Customer Service (see HELP)... preferably contact them during office hours... eBay Customer Service
