Hello,
I have a total of 48 reviews on my Ebay shop, but I notice that there are only 42 reviews visible on the shop. How is that possible? A response from you would be very helpful, thank you

Mentor3 years agoGood evening @gorillazzzwear
you have indeed received 48 ratings and they are all visible on your rating profile.
But the number 42 appears in parentheses to the right of your username because if the same buyer left you several ratings in a week, only one will be counted.
