I got an email from this address saying my package was ready to be picked up at a pickup point near my place, but it's impossible to open the link to select a location. Is this a scam?
It’s just your seller passing on the info that it’s ready for pickup (on the notification the email address is encrypted: nothing unusual), you also have the message on your eBay account.
You can contact the seller again, or also check the tracking directly on the carrier’s website.
"impossible to open the link to select a location " = ??? the pickup point had to be chosen when paying; now that the parcel is waiting to be collected, no more changes are possible.
