The ref you’re giving does not correspond to the item sold on 26/7, but to the listing you manually put back up for sale on 6/8 and which, having failed to find a buyer, has just been automatically renewed on 13/8 (thus changing, once again, its number).
Since you set a reserve price (paid option, whether the item is sold or not), you will be charged at each automatic renewal = in my opinion, it’s this paid option you’re talking about today...
