I ordered an item on eBay. I paid for it right away, of course. On the seller's side, everything was done properly too: fast shipping, the package arrived very quickly and in perfect condition.
The problem is that the seller still hasn’t been paid.
Is that normal? I’m trying to help them.

The cause is probably here-------> Blocked payments | eBay
Send them the link...
That will reassure them.
Just be patient..
