We would like, by mutual agreement, to cancel the transaction.
There is an error between the listing and the product.
I have already paid, the seller is absolutely inexperienced, since this is his first sale.
He made the mistake of refusing to cancel the sale, not really knowing what to do.
Now, we find ourselves at an impasse, what should we do to get out of it.
He hasn't sent the item, fortunately.

So, for now, the ball is entirely in his court: it’s up to him to go ahead with the cancellation and the refund.
He can check the "help" section, contact customer service, and/or come ask on the forum, nobody’s going to bite him 😉
