Hello, I bought the CAMEL TROPHY item on August 11, 2023, immediate availability, mentioned above, a 1/18 scale car miniature. The delivery date was early September 2023. Today is September 13. I still haven’t received anything. The seller is giving me fictitious, not credible information to justify that he made a shipment, but he does not clearly give me the name of the carrier, nor even the parcel number, which would be logical. No proof of shipment, the seller says there is a problem with my address which is false because it is the same address for the other sellers with whom there has never been any delivery problem. the seller claims that the order was returned to him by the carrier so I suspect that I am being scammed and I ask eBay to intervene as quickly as possible because today there is a strangely extended deadline to October 2023 which prevents me from reporting the dispute because of this shipment that I consider fictitious in order to get a refund via PayPal. I would like EBAY to review the entire conversation kept and be able to intervene as quickly as possible. Kind regards.
