2 commemorative patches
I bought 2 commemorative patches and when I received the envelope (a simple envelope, not reinforced, not bubble-padded), a standard letter envelope, there was nothing left inside and the envelope was torn. Of course it was without signature, so it was dropped in my mailbox. The payment was made by PayPal via the eBay site. What recourse do I have if the seller doesn't want to hear anything? Thanks for your answers.

Mentor2 years agoHi,
Tracked letter?

OP2 years agoYes, by tracked letter but without signature. So dropped into the mailbox without verification.

Mentor2 years agoIn this case there will indeed be a "delivered" status on the eBay order, so forget any dispute for item not received.
You need to file a complaint with the post office (3631): you don't deliver something torn open and empty!
It would be the same with a basic Colissimo left in the mailbox.
If you wanted a registered shipment with signature, you should have requested it from the seller before payment (it's more expensive, so it is generally used for shipments of high value).

Mentor2 years agoHello
If eBay won’t hear anything about it, file a dispute on PayPal, but wait for eBay’s decision because a report on PayPal automatically closes the dispute on eBay ..
