I received a claim for an item not received by the buyer, 3 and a half months after delivery. I provided proof of shipment and parcel pickup through eBay messaging. eBay informed me that my funds were frozen. My funds were at zero and I haven't sold anything since. I don't know whether this claim is closed or not. No feedback from eBay. I'd like to know whether this claim is still open or not. What should I do?
