Hello Sir/Madam,
At the end of August, I ordered two cartridges worth 39.80 euros. The item number is 11-10472-32556, the object number is 325773152730 and the seller is hollbett42. I have contacted the seller several times, and he promised to refund me the full amount, but even after several weeks, I still have not been refunded. I am shocked by this treatment and by this very long delay.

The deadline for opening a dispute on ebay is 30 days (delivery deadline if not received // delivery date if not as described) = if you didn’t take action in time (don’t just believe the nice promises), there’s no more recourse on the site...
You may want to check with your payment provider (paypal for example: see their site).
