Hello, I'm sending this message because I need help. I paid for 2 Lego sets and I did receive the 2 sets, except that the seller categorized them as canceled orders. As a result, I can no longer pay when there are auctions, and I contacted the seller but got no response. How can I fix this?

"I paid for 2 Lego sets" = what payment method?
Did you pay via eBay or directly to the seller?

Mentor1 year agoSo I don't see why the seller canceled (= items delivered) or how their action could block you from other purchases...
Are you sure it's related?

You say: "I clicked on the link but when I put it for listings it shows me the recent ones, not the old ones I'm a bit lost ."
Click on "show all" :
Then after that, you can find the listing with the item number or the name :

Mentor1 year agoLet's make it simpler: since you're writing " I can't pay anymore", use this help page:
https://www.ebay.fr/help/buying/paying-items/payer-un-objet?id=4009&st=3&pos=1&query=Payer%20un%20objet&intent=payer&lucenceai=lucenceai&docId=HELP1153
and use the link all the way at the bottom of the page
Then you'll be able to explain the whole story out loud to customer service.

Mentor1 year agoHello @nicote-5056
at a push, it doesn't really matter. The main thing is to be in touch with customer service. So take any item and explain the situation to them.
