Summary: josymet is having trouble returning a defective vase bought on eBay because of their disability and the distance to the post office. They mention that they can’t afford to pay the return shipping and taxi costs upfront. lingma85 advises them to use the internet to find useful information, while koalagris points out that the seller’s request for a quote is unusual and directs them to an online procedure. In the end, josymet thanks everyone for the help and says that eBay has resolved the dispute.

Since shipping rates are available online, the post office will not provide a quote.
The seller's request is at the very least unusual...
Continue with the return procedure:

(note that the dispute will be closed with no further action 21 days after opening if you do not ask eBay to intervene)
Best regards
