About buying from [Pseudo] ..
Summary: jacadeville says they were banned by a seller after asking for a package to be sent to a different address because of health problems, which they consider an illegal refusal to sell. lingma85 replies that a seller has the right to block a buyer under eBay policy, especially if the delivery request differs from standard rules, citing legitimate cases of refusal to sell. *miss-tigri* supports this argument, saying that blocking a buyer is in line with eBay’s rules.
Good evening everyone,
A few months ago during a purchase from this seller, I had a dispute regarding the shipment of a package. Indeed, being seriously ill, this package had to be sent to me at a different address from the usual one.
Since then he has banned me from his shop and I can no longer buy anything from him. This amounts to a REFUSAL TO SELL quite simply, punishable under the Consumer Code. I am reporting this seller unfavorably, who makes :tâche" to the spirit of eBay.
Regards
Jacadeville

To begin with, reporting people is forbidden on this forum... whether or not we can find the account you are accusing...
On the other hand, a seller banning a username is a management choice and has nothing to do with a refusal to sell, since you can no longer buy anything from them... and this procedure is allowed by eBay and mentioned in the article of the Consumer Code that you cite.
When you quote an article of the Consumer Code.... you shouldn’t just pick the sentence you like.. you have to give the whole thing..
In your case, you asked to have it delivered to another address, which is prohibited by eBay.. and is therefore an abnormal request on your part.. If the seller agrees, they lose the little protection they have...
You should have changed your delivery addresses before buying... and you wouldn’t have been banned..
Below is an excerpt that concerns you....
"Legal refusal to sell: in the case of a legitimate reason
Refusal to sell is nevertheless legal when the professional has a legitimate reason. Legitimate reasons are not defined by law: it is case law that determines them as judicial decisions are made.
Here are legitimate reasons for refusing to sell :
I’m afraid there’s nothing else to add....
