I bought an ABS that didn’t work, it cost me €250 to install it, and the results are still the same, the mechanic told me that the ABS is meant for the trash, not for sale, will the seller cover these expenses?
"the mechanic told me (...) that the seller is going to cover these costs" = "their" costs, I suppose... in no case (is your mechanic an expert when it comes to buying online?), at best it will be a refund, after the return, equivalent to the amount paid at purchase.
I hope it's not the Polish seller (cf. your ratings).
