I am disputing a claim of €31.20 for a STOLEN item (complaint available to anyone who wants to read it). Ebay is ignoring my explanations, with the complaint to back them up, and is charging me fees on a sale that was indeed canceled since the buyer was refunded. The funniest part is that I had asked to close my account since I did not agree with their new selling terms, Ebay acknowledged receipt of my letter, regrets to see me go but does not close my account!Result: complaint to the DGCCRF, I’m waiting for CFR Recouvrement thingamajig in court whenever they want!This is not (yet?) the Wild West here!
