accept an offer

hello, I'm receiving interesting offers that I want to accept but when I click on them, a red window tells me "you're no longer up to date, please install the latest version of eBay", and yet it seems to me that I have the latest version, what should I do? thanks in advance.

It doesn't hurt to try a new update ..

Ask customer service to get back to you to make sure and, if needed, do the update.
