Seller return agreement but doesn't want to go through eBay
I received a defective item. The seller I contacted is offering me an exchange. After difficult negotiations, he agrees that he has to pay the return shipping costs. He sends me the label to my email address and asks that I cancel my return request on the site because he considers it an arrangement between us! I'm afraid that, despite sending the package back, he won't send me a new item and won't refund me. What do you think and what should I do? Thanks

Above all, do not agree to their request ..A closed dispute cannot be reopened.
