Return label purchase
Summary: electronicdepannage sold an item in Italy and is having difficulties with the return process on eBay. Although eBay asks for a return label to be printed, the system indicates that one is not needed. The online help is unsatisfactory, replying only in English and eventually stopping altogether. electronicdepannage is looking for advice from the community on how to contact eBay, preferably by phone, as the problem has been going on for an hour.
I sold an item a month ago in Italy. My buyer wants to return that same item to me. Ebay is asking me to print a return label. I follow the instructions, and I land on a page saying there's no need for a label
I don't understand anything, the online help on the chat is incompetent, it speaks to me in English then stops replying, ebay is asking me to send a return label before September 17, I've been at this for 1 hour, with no success. I'd like to be able to contact ebay by phone like before but that seems impossible to me, I'm reaching out to the community

Issuing a return slip for an Italian is completely absurd..... He won't be able to use it since it will be issued in French and his Italian carrier won't be able to use it.
Explain this to your buyer.
let him know about this problem ...
give him your address
tell him that the costs will be reimbursed to him afterwards ..
and/or..
if he has a PayPal-style account... make the payment or reimbursement of the fees to him there...
Kind regards
