On the other hand, it may also be that a browser's memory is too heavily used for the same request and it keeps looping... - you need to clear the cache and delete the history after logging out of eBay.. - you need to clear the cache and delete the history after logging out of eBay.. Once you log back in, everything should fall back into place..
and/or
- change browser...
