I made an immediate purchase and paid, without realizing that the item was only available for local pickup and that shipping was not planned. After searching for the location more than 500 km from my home.
And moreover, on the invoice there was no name at all, only a code and the need to contact the seller to arrange a meeting place. Being elderly and with everything that is going on, I am surprised that the site accepts this kind of transaction, leaving doubts about the seller's qualifications and the risks involved. I asked for the sale to be canceled for a refund, it is in progress, but for the moment there has been no response from the seller. I therefore object to this type of listing that does not offer shipping outside of local pickup and does so with complete anonymity.

It is up to you, as the buyer, to read the delivery terms (or hand delivery terms) BEFORE buying, and to move on if they don’t suit you...
For the rest: contact customer service to share your opinion with them (and/or your complaints).
