Hello, I bought an item in England that is supposed to arrive in France. But I noticed that the address listed is a PARCKLINK delivery location. I don’t know this process. The site tells me that the package has arrived and Ebay tells me that the item should arrive at the international platform. How can I be sure that my package is on its way to France? Thanks
The package arrives at a distribution platform before being sent on to the buyer: you’ll be kept informed as things progress.
And if the package doesn’t arrive within the expected time, you can open a dispute for item not received (see customer guarantee: link at the bottom of the page).
