Purchase canceled by the seller after payment
hello what should I do when ebay refuses to recognize the order number ??
my purchase was cancelled even though I had already paid by pay pal......

Does your transaction still exist on PayPal...?
If so.. open a dispute from that payment method, since eBay is turning a deaf ear...
Still, check that this transaction was indeed made on the site and not on a fake page (which would also explain the non-recognition of your purchase...)

they have no way...
