Hello, I have an issue that came up today a buyer made a purchase by mistake and I was deducted the amount of their purchase even though they stated as the reason that they made the purchase by mistake and in the meantime someone bought an iPhone from me and instead of receiving the full amount for the iPhone I was deducted the amount from that first person's purchase even though I accepted their order cancellation request and I even had eBay tell me that I had nothing to do and that this was refunded to the buyer please help me because I am missing the sum of 199 e for a xbox not purchased and the iPhone has not been fully paid to me!
