Good evening,

I would like to buy an item but eBay is blocking delivery to France, but the seller is okay with delivering it to me in France, what should we do.

Good evening @jejepaname

All the seller has to do is add your username to their list of "buyers exempt from the required conditions" (if they don’t know how to do it, they should look in their "help" section on ebay.com or ask on their forum).
