Purchase in the US
I wanted to complete a purchase of a pair of glasses from a seller in the US, I’m in France.
It’s impossible to complete the purchase because eBay tells me the seller doesn’t ship to my country.
In the product description, it does say international, and after checking with the seller he confirmed that he does ship abroad.
Do you have any idea what the problem is?

your seller must have set up their account wrong. Ask them to add you to the exempt buyers.
