Purchase with supposedly free delivery
I just made a purchase with supposedly free delivery, but when I got to payment I had an extra €2.5 for shipping fees
Is this normal?

Impossible to tell with so little info...
Maybe free with a certain shipping method, but with an extra charge if you selected another one?
Or else a purchase abroad.
Best regards
P.S.: if it's the last rating received, this seller offers free shipping by Chronopost shop to shop, but with an extra €2.50 if sent by Colissimo.......
