I bought a BSI PEUGEOT407 on the eBay site. BSI-S04-00

[Username] ( SS7) In January, there was a charge of €89 taken from my account by eBay and since then I have never been delivered. I wrote to eBay rue de la Banque in Paris (Registered Letter with Acknowledgement of Receipt) on 09/02/24. I received back the signed Acknowledgement of Receipt from the representative. But, no response from them. I want the seller to be found and for them to refund me or send me the fuse box. Thank you.

In short....
- purchase + payment in January
- no delivery
- registered letter to eBay Paris...
- no response...
Now you're asking to find the seller... and get refunded...
You went about your issue the wrong way...
- writing to eBay Paris is completely useless in your case...
There is a very simple procedure... ----> Get help with an item that hasn't arrived | eBay
which must be used within the month following the delivery date shown on your order.
Now it's too late for eBay to handle it for you... All deadlines have passed and claims will be rejected.
You're coming to the forum too late to ask for help... unfortunately no one can help you.
On the other hand, you should find your seller's username and, if they're registered as a professional seller, you have their contact details on their account..
You can send them a registered letter.. to ask them to compensate you or send the purchased item within a timeframe you decide.
If they don't respond favorably, you can consider alerting the DGCCRF about their failure...
If your seller is registered with a personal account.... you're out of luck.
