Hi, I always have the same problem when trying to complete the purchase of any item because my card is blocked and I always get the same message that my balance is insufficient and I need to add money or change the payment method.

Could it be that the card has been used too much and a limit has been exceeded....?
In that case you need to ask the bank to raise that limit so they give you + freedom...
