Purchase of a HF transceiver advertised on eBay but shipped from China

Hello I would like to buy a HF transceiver listed for sale on Ebay  by a seller shipping the product from ChinaIn the advertised price  is VAT included since normally it must  be collected by Ebay  but are customs duties included in the advertised price  or will they have to be paid extra, knowing that the purchase price of the equipment is 590 euros Kind regards
