Hello, I bought an item that is listed as coming from an EU country. I had filtered my searches to avoid shipments from outside the EU and the associated fees (customs etc...). The seller sent me a photo of the package and I noticed Chinese writing in the place where the package was stored. So I asked the seller whether the package really came from the EU as indicated in the listing... The seller tells me that he does indeed have a warehouse in China but that in 10 years, he has never had any customs fees or taxes... I'm a bit stuck... especially since I chose this listing because it had the advantage of being able to send the package back at my expense in case of a problem. Except that sending a package back to China wasn't part of my plan... Have you ever experienced this kind of situation? Any advice? Best regards,
