Buying a Samsung flip 4
Hello, I bought a Samsung Flip 4 from a phone seller, except that when I turn the phone on it asks me for a lock code, I tried to reach the person but I get the impression their account is closed [Pseudo] can you help me please and let me know if I can unlock it?

You have 30 days from receiving the item to request a return and a refund for a non-compliant item

if the seller doesn't give you the code, that's all you can do..
Buy your next phone in a store, at least you'll have after-sales service.
