Buying an antenna for a Peugeot 406 coupe

I had ordered an antenna for a Peugeot 406 on June 28, 2023, Order: 07-10206-89906, Item No.: 133397816070, I received this order on Monday July 17, 2023, more than a month of delivery, moreover the antenna in the package had been bent more than 90°, I had to straighten it and the icing on the cake was that the thread that is supposed to screw into the mount was thicker : Diameter 8 ml, whereas the original is 6 ml ! There is reason to be angry, I do not know who posted this listing, but it is COMPLETELY FALSE !
You can well understand that with such a result, I am not going to promote the eBay site !

You bought your roof rack from an English seller... - Therefore... it is perfectly normal that it would take a little over 15 days to reach you...
On the other hand, I assume you have a French car... with French dimensions... = it is therefore risky to buy parts in England (English-made as stated in the listing) for a French model... without checking with the seller whether there are differences between the French and English models...
As for the crease... that comes from the carrier and not from your seller.
But as already said by @koalagris I don't see what eBay has to do with this mishap..

Mentor3 years agoIt's not eBay (the site doesn't sell anything and doesn't ship anything), but the seller who wrote the listing and packed the parcel, so take it up with them...
