Purchase of a card
The seller tells me that he confirms my purchase was received at my home
After checking, I have nothing and eBay's shipping tracking never indicated at any point that my purchase had been sent
The seller takes days to reply to me, I made a request to cancel the purchase since my purchase was never sent
Could you please enlighten me on the steps to follow

Without cancellation or shipping by the seller, you have to wait until the estimated delivery date has passed to report an item not received

If so, start by checking the shipment directly on the carrier's website, and come back and let us know what’s going on.
