Purchase made, payment sent, and I haven’t received anything 1 month later

Hello

I made a purchase from a seller on March 25th. The PayPal payment was sent to him just fine. To date, April 28th, I have not received anything.

He tells me he never sold on eBay.

What can I do?

You have 30 days from the delivery deadline to open a dispute on eBay:

If that deadline has passed, a dispute directly on PayPal is possible (180 days from the payment date), see the dispute manager on PayPal or contact an advisor.
