EIS purchase in the USA
Summary: jaja06150 ordered an item from the United States through the eBay international shipping program and expresses concern about the lack of information on their package, which has been marked as "Delivered with individual" for several days. They point out that the service is expensive and offers less effective tracking than other delivery options. jacquelinedu36 replies that the package is in transit, but that does not satisfy jaja06150, who compares this system unfavorably to other delivery services.
I placed an order for an item in the United States via the seller’s eBay international shipping program.
The package has been marked "Delivered with individiual" since April 8 in what I assume is the Glendale Heights center in Illinois.
However, for the past 4 days, I have no information about the package. I did call eBay customer service, but they have the same information as I do, which does nothing to move the issue forward.
My main concern is having paid for a delivery service that doesn’t guarantee low fees, since I sometimes use a package forwarding system on site. I wasn’t able to do otherwise this time, and above all I thought that by buying directly from the seller I would be delivered faster.
Do you have any tip for finding out whether my package is still on its way and getting information on what has happened to it?
Thank you very much for your help.

Mentor2 years agoHello,
Your package is in transit >>> it's going back out to arrive in France >> that takes time

OP2 years agoI understand the notion of transit. However, transit via DHL, UPS or FedEx or even directly between USPS and La Poste seems to me faster and less expensive while having the advantage of clear tracking.
Moreover, I don't see the best comments in the world regarding EIS (formerly GSP).
