Purchase in June of a supposed brand-new iPod shuffle, received fine but no sound

June 23rd, bought a schuffle for 81 euros. I recorded my music, no problem ... I head to an island 2h from Miami, it doesn't work : no sound

when I arrived in Paris I did the same thing again, still no sound

I contacted eBay by email when I got back at the beginning of September. No reply

way to contact the seller
what should I do. Thanks

Check on Google.... there are other troubleshooting methods too...

Too late: the dispute period on ebay is 30 days from delivery date. That’s why it’s important to check the order as soon as you receive it...

If it’s a new purchase under warranty from a pro seller in France, you have their contact details: registered letter giving formal notice to respect the legal warranty, otherwise forget it...
