I'm contacting you because I have an issue with a sale.
I contacted the seller to ask if they could lower the price, so they made me an offer, but when I click on it, the listing page opens and it’s just the normal price. So I don't know if it's a bug???

Is your buyer located outside the EU? If that's the case, import VAT is added (20%). As a result, it may make you think that the offer hasn't been taken into account.
To be sure, could you give us the original price and the discounted price?

Not at all.
you save 216 - 161.23 = 54.77
The amount of VAT would have been 180 x20 % = 36
