Purchase impossible in the "eBay vault"
I won an auction from a US seller.
But it’s impossible to pay for the item.
Apparently, this is caused by the fact that the item is in the “eBay vault”
No payment issues with other items
How can this be fixed?

Wouldn’t it rather be a typo in the seller’s listing, since they wouldn’t deliver this item to France...?
Try asking your seller to put your username in this list-----> https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/ExemptBuyers?
Maybe then the vault will open miraculously...
