International purchase
I've often bought an item weighing 25kg, sometimes 2 at the same time, so 50kg, in England.
Today the seller is telling me that eBay UK no longer accepts shipments of this weight to France.....can anyone shed some light on this ??? I'm really stuck !!!

It’s not ebay.uk that’s refusing.... it’s the delivery platform the seller uses that must be causing the trouble...
You only have a few options in a case like this...
- find a seller who doesn’t use this platform...
- find a seller who would agree not to send it through them and to go directly to their Post Office (Royal Mail) to fill out the international shipping forms...
You need to question your sellers and have a simple, polite conversation with them.. maybe they’ll understand the problem...
