Summary: odettderle-0 mentioned having bought a watch with the condition of in-person handover, but the seller предложed shipping, which never happened. odettderle-0 tried to resolve the issue with eBay, but without success, and is considering canceling the purchase. koalagris advised canceling the transaction, since a change in shipping method is not possible, and provided a link to cancel the order on eBay.
But still nothing. She tells me that I need to change the shipping method, and I looked but I can’t see where I can do that
Ebay is obviously nowhere to be found, supposedly they’re trying to reach me by phone and I’m not answering....
Yet I sent them a message explaining my problem..no clear, precise answer.
If this keeps up I’ll cancel my purchase and I’m done with them.

In such a case, you need to cancel the transaction and do another one with delivery.
You made the mistake when buying: it is not wise to blame the site.
