Purchase not received
An item I recently purchased was supposed to be delivered by Colisimmo before January 10, 2026.
I haven't received it. How long should I wait before opening a dispute?
Also, I paid via PayPal. If I don't receive the item, should I first try to recover my payment through PayPal or eBay?

what does the Colissimo tracking say?
There have been major delivery delays this week because of traffic restrictions in certain regions.
In the face of this kind of exceptional situation, a minimum of understanding and patience would be nice...
To answer your questions:
- You can open a dispute starting the day after the estimated latest delivery date.
- It is better to open a dispute on ebay first. If it isn't closed in your favor, you can try afterwards with paypal.
